January 20, 2005: Inouk
Tuesday night, I saw The Soundtrack Of Our Lives at Bowery Ballroom. When we got there, Inouk, the opening act was still performing, but barely anyone was watching (most people were downstairs at the bar, including James Iha, who always has a scowl on his face when he is in public). I actually thought Inouk sounded pretty good, espeially for an opening act.
An added bonus to seeing an opening act that no one had an interest in was that I was able to stand right in front of the stage and have an unobstructed view of the entire show. As as result, I was able to take a ton of photographs of both acts. I'll post ones of The Soundtrack Of Our Lives later.
