October 01, 2004: Drive-In Theatre
The only thing that I decided to take a pass on while we were in Moab was mountain biking; I felt that it was too physically exhaustive to do while I was recovering from my virus. So, while Todd and Joe decided to bike the Slickrock Bike Trail, which they both described as the hardest physical activity they every did, I took the opportunity to take some photographs of the town of Moab, and the surrounding area. [Note: If you ever see Todd or Joe, do not bring up Sliprock; they will talk about it as if they climbed K2.]
While I was driving around Moab, I saw an abandoned Drive-In Theatre. It reminded me of how my hometown in New Jersey, used to have a Drive-In until it was torn down and replaced by a Wal-Mart and a T.G.I.Friday’s.
